OPTIMICRON® – Product Release Update!
Optimicron is an optimized approach to flter performance.
The Optimicron transition is nearing completion. HYDAC is currently manufacturing a majority of its standard sized low collapse (BN) elements with the Optimicron technology. However, as stated in our February announcement, we are depleting Betamicron® inventory frst before full implementation of a given size.
Part Number & Model Code Clarifcation:
HYDAC is not changing flter element or flter assembly part numbers.
Only model codes will change, from BN4HC to ON. If you receive an element with “ON” in the model code, then the element includes Optimicron technology — example:
Optimicron technology incorporates several performance improvements, these elements are equivalent in ft, form, and function. Note, high collapse (BH4HC) elements will not be converted at this time.
